Medical Disclaimer

Effective June 2, 2026  ·  Last updated June 2, 2026

Your health is important to us, and so is being honest about what this website can and cannot do. Please read this disclaimer carefully.

1. For Information Only

The content on this website and blog — including articles about GLP-1 medications, peptides, IV therapy, nutrition, and wellness — is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified healthcare provider.

2. No Provider–Patient Relationship

Reading this website, contacting us, or submitting a form does not create a provider–patient relationship. That relationship is established only after an appropriate clinical evaluation and intake.

3. Always Seek Professional Advice

Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified provider with any questions about a medical condition or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read here.

4. In an Emergency

If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Do not rely on this website or wait for a response from us.

5. Individual Results Vary

Any results described on this website — including weight loss, recovery, or other outcomes — reflect individual experiences. Results are not typical, not guaranteed, and will vary based on your health, history, adherence, and many other factors. Testimonials are individual experiences and should not be taken as a promise of similar results.

6. Prescription Therapies, Peptides & IV Treatments

Medications and therapies such as semaglutide, tirzepatide, peptides, and IV infusions are provided only after a clinical evaluation and only when clinically appropriate for you. They carry potential risks and side effects, which your provider will review with you before treatment. Information on this site about these therapies is general education and is not a recommendation that any specific person use them.

Compounded Medications & GLP-1s

Some therapies we discuss may involve compounded medications (for example, certain GLP-1 or peptide formulations). Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality. The FDA has determined that the national shortages of semaglutide and tirzepatide are resolved, and the federal rules governing when these medications may be compounded have tightened accordingly. Where a compounded medication is used, it is provided only when permitted under applicable law and only when there is a documented clinical need specific to you (for example, a needed change in dose or formulation) — not simply as a copy of a commercially available, FDA-approved product. Your provider will discuss the FDA-approved options and the risks, benefits, and reasons for any recommendation.

Peptide Therapies

Many peptide products are not FDA-approved for the uses commonly discussed, and statements about them have not been evaluated by the FDA. They are offered only after evaluation and informed consent.

7. No Guarantees

Salt & Serum LLC makes no guarantee regarding any specific outcome. Wellness and medical care involve uncertainty, and we cannot promise particular results.

8. External Links

This website may reference or link to third-party information. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party content.
